I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the SIGN IN page, click 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' and follow the instructions to reset it securely.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 4–5 business days across India via our trusted partners.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier partner name (Bluedart or Delhivery). Visit their website and enter the AWB to track your shipment.

Who are your delivery partners?

We ship within India via registered couriers: Bluedart and Delhivery. They attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.

What if the package is damaged on arrival?

Do not accept the package if the packaging appears damaged or tampered with. Inform the delivery person and contact us immediately at info@palaktrehan.com.
