Our Policy - No Returns or Exchanges
All outfits at palak trehan are made on order. We do not provide returns or exchanges on any products. Please choose carefully and refer to product descriptions and size guides before ordering.
Important: We recommend reviewing product details, size charts, and images thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Once validated, we'll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

- Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Describe the issue in detail
Custom and Final Sale Items
Custom-made, altered, and clearly marked final sale items are not eligible for replacement or credit unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
